Most of these herbs do come with warnings. Dandelion is considered to be the safest of the diuretics, but shouldn’t be used long-term. It may cause an electrolyte imbalance. Any herb with laxative properties can cause an electrolytte imbalance if used too often. The Garcinia Cambogia doesn’t list any warnings. This must be the safest one. Licorice root can raise blood pressure, and could cause heart irregularities.
Just like in medications or new diets or exercise, it is always best to check with the doctor first. These natural herbs have been proven to help with weight loss, however, still be careful when trying something new.
